Senior Pastor

Tony Karnes

A native of Honolulu, Tony became part of the Michael Memorial family in 1996. Since 2000, Tony has served on staff as Youth Pastor and in 2005 the church called him as Associate Pastor. In the fall of 2010, Tony was named Michael Memorial's Interim Pastor. Tony accepted the call as Senior Pastor of Michael Memorial in April 2011. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of South Alabama and has a Masters Degree in Theology from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Tony and his wife, Lisa live in Gulfport with their two children, Kayla and Colton.
